About American Association of Blood Banks - AABB
The AABB (American Association of Blood Banks) is dedicated to representing individuals and organisations involved in activities related to blood transfusion and cellular therapies.
With a network of AABB member facilities throughout the United States, the American Association of Blood Banks collect almost all of the nations blood supply. Over eighty percent of all blood and blood components used in the United States are handled by AABB member facilities.
The mission of the AABB is to advance the practice and standards of transfusion medicine and cellular and related biological therapies.
